After getting 3 bids on some dry rot damage on my house I went with Max at Elite Construction. The Best Decision I’ve had! He gave me a very good price compared to others and did more work. From the moment I met Max I was impressed and without hesitation would call again to get work done. Can’t recommend enough!

Elite (Igor} came out to the house and conducted a complete and detailed inspection. I had 3 other construction groups bid on the job but none of their inspections came closer to Igor’s. As far as the job went, they arrived on time, were polite and did a great job. The job was scheduled for 2 days, but they put 3 guys on it and they were done in one day. Job went well and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The contractors were professional, friendly, efficient and did a good job repairing the siding on my house. Unfortunately, I can’t give them 5 stars because they left a handful of nails scattered in my yard where my young children play. I appreciate how quickly they finished the work, but I do wish they had taken a little more time on the clean up. Other than that, I would definitely recommend their services.

I used Elite for some dry rot work around my 100-year-old house. I do not trust most companies with a 100-year-old anything. Like a classic car, you have to take it to the people who know how to treat it right and handle it with care. Igor did that for me. They were courteous, gave me needed advice, and worked with me and my other contractors like the pros they are. We needed to schedule around rain, plumbers, my work, HVAC people, and a window company. Igor and his crew were flexible, attentive, and communicate. If you would like a guy that answers calls and questions Igor is your man. If you would like a company that delivers quality work and a competitive price (I don’t feel I overpaid in the slightest) then Elite is your company.
There is a reason Elite are so highly rated on Yelp. I’m glad that I contracted with them and know I made the right decision for this old house. I am planning on using them again for future projects.

I needed some dry rot repairs done on my home, and I needed them done in a pretty quick time frame. Elite responded to my request for a quote quickly and were at my house to give me an estimate the next day.
Igor arrived on time for the estimate, took a look at my project and discussed my options and some potential challenges. He was very quick to send me some pictures of possible building materials he could use in place of the existing, most likely no longer available, materials.
Elite scheduled a crew to work on my project within my short time frame, and the repairs were completed while I was at work. The finished product looked great and they cleaned up so well, I couldn’t even tell they had been working there!
I needed some slight modifications after the work was completed, and Elite did not hesitate to work with me to get those addressed.
Elite was great about communicating with me during the project from beginning to end as well.

Great contractor that does work not only with quality but also honesty. I love the fact that he doesn’t jump around in different fields trying to cover more work but stays within his field and is definitely a specialist in it. Everyone from the office to the field team is friendly and respectful. Just don’t wait until the busy season starts but plan ahead to get them over sooner, so nothing will be hastly.

Dan and his team did an excellent in installing new posts to support a old patio cover. They were prompt and did a very professional job in installing the new posts and painting them as well. I can’t say enough how great a job Max Manuylov and his crew did on our dry rot repair. Max and his crew completed our job in one day including painting replacement wood. He came out and bid the job the day after we contacted. I called him over the weekend and he was out Monday with all the crew and supplies. They were very nice, professional and totally cleaned up after finishing the job. I would highly recommend them for any dry rot job you have!! Five stars plus.
