Project Type: Siding Repair

Project Overview:

    Elite Construction & Remodel typically provides the material for each job. However, per clients request, the homeowner provided the siding material for this repair job. The material was the 2 lap siding and trim that was damaged due to uncontrollable exterior moisture sources. The recommendation made by the field representative was to remove the damaged portions of siding and check the framing for other potential damage. No additional damage was found, as such the crew installed new siding and spliced in and installed new trim at the repaired areas only. Additionally, the repairs were painted.
