Project Type: Repairing Rotten Fascia

Description: Damage noted to the fascia, caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources.

RECOMMENDATION:
If needed remove the drip edge flashing to get access to the fascia board. Remove the existing fascia up to the beginning of patio cover and
replace with new material. If any damage occurs to the eaves a change work order will be issued. If removed, reinstall the drip edge
flashing.
