Description: Damage noted to the header beam and to the deck boards caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources.

RECOMMENDATION:
Temporarily re-support the deck. Remove and dispose of the damaged beam, and in place install a new one. Remove all damaged wood and replace with new material. Upon removal of the staircase add in framing, deck boards and railing at that
area only.
