Project Type: Siding Full Replacement

LOCATION: NORTH HIGHLANDS, CA

Project Overview:

     The client requested that Elite Construction & Remodel utilize complete sheets when installing new siding at the damaged areas. Furthermore, when the Elite Team removed the damaged siding and checked the framing for other potential damage, they found that there was additional damage that needed to be repaired. 

     At the time of the estimate it was noted that the windows at the area where repairs will be performed are retrofitted and the client was notified that in the event the crew will be unable to perform the repairs further direction and costs may be necessary. However, removal of the windows was not necessary to perform the repairs, as such, the crew proceeded without undue hardship.
