Project Type: Dry Rot Repair

LOCATION: ROSEVILLE, CA

Project Overview:

    The field representative noted damage at the 2×8 barge rafter caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources. Roof covering and drip edge was removed to expose the damaged area. Then the damaged wood was removed and replaced with new material, standard exterior grade wood currently and locally available on the market. The crew completed the job by reinstalling the roof covering and drip edge flashing as needed.
