Project Overview:

    This 1 story Sacramento home, built in 1984, needed barge rafter, fascia, jamb, siding and trim repair caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources. Additionally, a new door was installed and the existing door hardware was reinstalled on the new door.

     Prior to the full house paint, the owner provided clearance to the walls from any obstructions including but not limited to vegetation, pots, items next to the wall, etc. A new fresh coat of eggshell white transformed the house and increased its curbside value.
