We needed dry rot repair and exterior house painting. I found Elite online and decided to get a quote. The whole process was so quick! Kirill came out for a quote within I think a day or two, and then once I signed off on it, the work started the next week! We had two crews… the construction/repair crew and the painting crew. Both were exceptional. Super clean, super polite. Both left the exterior walkways of my house cleaner than I had them before they came, haha! We have a zero lot line, so I was nervous about our neighbor, but they were very polite with her and everything was fine! They scheduled the time they would be in her yard around her schedule, and we didn’t run into any problems. Phew! Once they got into the nitty gritty of the dry rot repair, more damage was uncovered, so Kirill came out to assess and update my quote. That went fine, and everything moved forward. We had only one more small hurdle in that our front door couldn’t be painted well due to the peeling nature of the paint currently on it. So, they quoted me a new door and gave me some options. Then, that was completed in a few days, and our house looks like new!

I’m extremely happy with the quality of the craftsmanship and skill of the work done; you can tell it is quality work. The painting turned out beautifully, and they did a “walk-through” with me to make sure everything looked great before signing off on the job. Some of our neighbors have had their houses worked on/painted, and I have to say I think ours looks the best! I might be biased, because I love our colors, but I can say with complete certainty that we got quality work done.

I had several contractors give me estimates and I chose Elite because of the way Dan presented the work they would do, the very good reviews here on Yelp and the competitive quote they gave me. I needed the siding on the south facing wall of my house removed and replaced, due to sun and rain damage. Once the siding was removed, dry rot was discovered (not really a surprise) and Elite dealt with that. After replacing the siding, the company also painted my entire house.
Here are the things that I liked about Elite.
Competitive pricing. Very good about answering any questions I had onsite during the whole process (especially Eduardo and Fabio). They also consulted with me as work went along about my preferences that had not been previously discussed. Quality of repairs and painting seem very good!! Max (the owner) was prompt in answering questions I sent by email. The cleanup they did each day at end of work was very good!! Unlike many other contractors who have worked on my house, they did not bring their boom boxes. That was really appreciated. I am very please overall with the work done by Elite and would recommend their services.

Like a classic car, you have to take it to the people who know how to treat it right and handle it with care. Igor did that for me. They were courteous, gave me needed advice, and worked with me and my other contractors like the pros they are. Igor arrived on time for the estimate, took a look at my project and discussed my options and some potential challenges. He was very quick to send me some pictures of possible building materials he could use in place of the existing, most likely no longer available, materials.
Elite scheduled a crew to work on my project within my short time frame, and the repairs were completed while I was at work. The finished product looked great and they cleaned up so well, I couldn’t even tell they had been working there!
I needed some slight modifications after the work was completed, and Elite did not hesitate to work with me to get those addressed.
