Project Type: Dry Rot Repair

LOCATION: WEST SACRAMENTO, CA

Project Overview:

    Damaged 2×10 trim was removed on the chimney chase and, as directed by the field representative, the crew checked the area behind for other potential damage. Additional damage was found and a change work order was issued. All affected wood members were replaced with new materials that were locally available on the market. The 4 lap siding and trim was cut back and removed as necessary and new siding and trim was installed at the repair areas only. After all repairs were finished, the client requested for them to be painted. The work done by the Elite Crew and the communication with the office left the client satisfied.
