Project Overview:
Damage found at the 8″ OC t1-11 siding and trim that was caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources. Permit was needed for the repairs which upon request of client, Elite Construction and Remodel handled the permit process. Our team removed the trim that was affected and checked the framing for any other potential damage. New siding and trim was then installed using z-bar utilizing complete sheets splicing new trim. After all the repairs were complete, the client requested to have the new siding and trim painted.
Granite Bay Fascia Repair

Project Overview:
A home located in Granite Bay had damage found on a 2×8 fascia and a 2×6 barge trim caused by exterior moisture. Our team carefully removed exciting gutters to expose potential hidden damage. The affected wood was expertly replaced with new material and underwent a fresh coast of paint for a pristine finish. New 7″ gutters were installed with gutter guards to ensure efficient water flow and prevent debris from clogging the gutters.
Patio Stairs Repair

Project Overview:
Uncontrollable exterior moisture was found on the front patio stairs. The client called and scheduled an estimate with Elite Construction and Remodel to take care of the damaged sections that they identified. Shortly after the scheduled estimate, the Elite Construction crew members carefully removed the iron railing exposing the infected areas. This followed by the installation of new redwood stairs and reinstallation of the railing. The old material was discarded at a local waste management center. The crew applied paint to the repaired sections of the stairs.
