Project Type: Siding Full Replacement

LOCATION: SACRAMENTO, CA

Project Overview:

     Elite Construction & Remodel, as requested by the client, installed new siding at the damaged areas and checked framing for damage. The additional damage that was found was repaired. 

    The product used for this project includes 8 inch on center Duratemp Siding and standard grade exterior trims. During repairs, new house wrap and window flashing was installed. After new siding was installed the crew prepped for paint and transformed the home from a weathered eggshell grey to a bright Caribbean green. The newly installed siding and fresh paint job increased the home’s value considerably.
