Project Overview:
Damage was found at the 2×8 barge rafter, no groove t1-11 siding and trim, 8″ OC t1-11 siding and trim, and 1×4 and 2×4 trim caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources.
From the direction of our field representative, the crew was advised to remove the roof covering and drip edge flashing to expose the damaged area. They removed the damaged wood and spliced in/replaced it with new material. The roof covering and drip edge flashing was reinstalled as needed.
