Project Type: Siding and Trim Repair

Damage found at the 8″ OC t1-11 siding and trim that was caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources. Permit was needed for the repairs which upon request of client, Elite Construction and Remodel handled the permit process. Our team removed the trim that was affected and checked the framing for any other potential damage. New siding and trim was then installed using z-bar utilizing complete sheets splicing new trim. After all the repairs were complete, the client requested to have the new siding and trim painted.
