Project Type: Header Beam Replacement 

LOCATION: Elk Grove, CA

Project Overview:

A home in Elk Grove was in need of restoration project for their backyard wall. The owners main concern was the replacement of the header beam. Our team worked diligently to remove and replace all the needed areas. The sliding glass door was removed to have better access to the damaged areas. A new barge rafter, header beam, rim joist, studs and sheer wall were carefully installed. As January was fairly rainy month, we ensured all the exposed areas were covered in order to protect it from the weather. Through out the process we understand the importance of communication, and provided regular updates on the progress, which keeps our clients updated and happy.
