Dry Rot Repair

Project Overview:

    Owner of the 1 story home in the Sacramento area requested an estimate for the uncontrollable exterior moisture sources / dry rot found around their home. There was damage found to the beam, barge rafter, fascia, siding and trim. The damaged wood was cut back and removed and replaced as necessary.

     When the Elite Team performed the work, standard grade currently and locally available on the market was used as requested by the client. Additionally, construction debris was hauled and disposed of at a local waste management center. The house was also prepped for painting and the paint was a color match of the existing paint.
