• Removal of Damage & Siding Installation
  • Dry Rot and termite damage on the porch was identified by owner
  • Removal of siding and stucco on South, West and North sides of the house
  • Installed OSB shear wall, wrapping exposed walls of the house with building paper
  • Installing R13 insulation on all three sides of the house
  • New James Hardie trim at corners, windows, door, and siding installed
  • Rebuild of porch frame

  • Exterior of the house painted by going around the house and sealing any needed areas
  • Body and trim colors selected by the client was used
