  • Shingles removed to studs and checked framing
  • Install house wrap
  • install two layered primed cedar shake siding to match as close to existing siding
  • Building permit was needed and obtained by Elite upon owners request
  • Insulation and OSB was installed on the rear side of the wall

  • 6×6 post was found to have dry rot that was identified by the owner
