LOCATION: EL DORADO HILLS, CA

Project Overview:

Elite Construction and Remodel was tasked to construct a heavy duty support structure to support the 2nd and 3rd level decks for the course of repairs, cut back the westcoat deck system to provide proper access. Remove all structurally damaged wood members and replace them with new materials. All the construction will be like-for-like and will follow the existing construction design. Everything will be ready for the westcoat and stucco contractor to continue on their work. When performing work, standard material currently and locally available on the market will be used.

Items replaced:

– 5 – 6 x 6 posts.

– 2 – 6 x 12 beams.

– Damaged framing.

– Damaged shearwall.

– Deck subfloor wherever removed.

– Simpson Strongwall

This was all completed in order to fix the excessive damage to framing, support posts, support beams, and shear wall.
