Project Overview:

DB26 – 2X6 Deck Boards:
There is damage at the 2X6 deck boards caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources.

RECOMMENDATION:
Completely remove and dispose of all 2×6 deck surface boards and 2×6 railing cap, check the area behind for other potential damage. If
none is evident, replace the affected wood members with new materials. When performing work, standard grade redwood currently and
locally available on the market will be used.

ST – Staircase Stringers:
There is damage at the staircase stringers caused by uncontrollable exterior moisture sources.

RECOMMENDATION:
Remove and dispose of stringers and check the area behind for other potential damage. If none is evident, install new stringers according
to current building codes utilizing new pressure treated materials. When performing work, standard grade wood currently and locally
available on the market will be used.
