The field representative found damage at the deck surface boards caused by uncontrollable moisture sources. As evident through the pictures to the right, the damaged wood members were removed and disposed of. This was followed by the crew installing standard grade redwood lumber. The client opted not to stain or paint the deck and declined any additional railings and steps. Additionally, the crew was tasked to make sure they left the jobsite clean and as such they hauled and disposed of all construction debris to the nearest waste management center.
