Project Type: Water Table Repair

LOCATION: SACRAMENTO, CA

Project Overview:

    The client called Elite Construction and Remodel on October 6th, 2023 for dry rot that was identified by the client on their jambs and water table. They notified the office that they saw mushrooms attached to the jambs. After the field representative came out and took a look at the project, he noticed additional damage to their water table. As pictured on the left, the 2 x 6 water table is in need of repair. 

     Igor, the field representative, tasked the Elite team to remove the damaged wood and check the area behind for other potential damage. The team did not notice any additional damage and the water table was replaced with standard grade wood currently and locally available on the market. Additionally, the team primed and painted the repairs in an egg shell white.
